ESTIMATE:

When you book an appointment with us, we will promptly come to your home or business. We will prepare a complete and detailed written “Flat-Rate-Quote” for you, not just an Estimate. This “Quote” will include all parts and labor required to complete the repairs and/or service. Also, at this time, we are often able to provide you with life expectancy, preventative measures, and periodic maintenance tips that may help you decide whether or not to proceed with a repair or service.

Should you elect to proceed and have us complete “any” repair whatsoever, all service call charges are waived! You only pay the flat rate price quoted! We never add any diagnosis fees, hourly rates, or travel charges.

Simply stated:

When you authorize us to repair or replace your unit, all service call charges are waived! You only pay the flat rate price quoted! We will never add any diagnosis fees, hourly rates, or travel charges.

Should you decide not to have your unit repaired or replaced, you pay only a reasonable low service call charge of $49.95 to cover the cost for the trip to your home or business, and the written estimate!

Now that's a fair deal!

Our warranty policy couldn't be simpler, we provide an unconditional warranty on all parts and labor for a period of 1 FULL YEAR of normal use. We will always use new parts on all repairs unless you have chosen otherwise.

If any new part installed in your system fails during your warranty period, simply give us a call!

The defective part will be replaced quickly, and at absolutely no charge to you!

Please note: For New Equipment, normal Manufacturer Warranty applies.
